State Fire Chief / Director of State Medical Operations: These positions are also acting Deputy Directors of the State Fire and Medical Department. These two individuals are responsible for the up keep of all of their respective sub departments, running training's and keeping up with training records, and most importantly helping to manage day to day department operations.

Director of the State Department Public Safety:The Director of the Department State Fire and Medical is responsible for overseeing all aspects of his/her department and all sub departments. The Director is also responsible for overseeing training operations, holding department meetings, and ensuring that all members have the proper training. The Director is also responsible for staffing the department and the upkeep of all records.

Captain: Captains are responsible for handling day to day operations of station upkeep, personnel management and training's. These officers have obtained near mastery level of all department operations and are expected to take command of on going scenes and are each responsible for their companies.

The Paramedic in Charge is responsible for ensuring that all medical personnel in a role play are properly equipped and staffed. The PIC is also responsible for establishing command at an EMS scene in the absence of a Captain.

These individuals have just completed their training and have been brought on to further their education and continue to learn and become more adaptive members in the department by becoming well versed in all aspects of department operations.

The Lieutenants are responsible for assisting their Captains manage personnel and for being responsible for their company members (Rescue, Engine, etc.)

Fire Officer/ EMT:These individuals have recently completed their probationary period and have been brought on as full time Fire Officers and EMT's. These officers fill positions on different apparatuses and report directly to their Lieutenant or Paramedic.

Paramedic:Paramedics in the State of San Andrea have gone through numerous hours of classroom and clinical experience to obtain mastery level knowledge of Emergency Medical field operations and patient care to be able to accurately and efficiently triage and treat every patient need.
